I bought the sky blue toile to make this quilt along with the dots and brown. Then I had second thoughts. Maybe it would look too muddy ....hmm. Ok I'll try it with a white background instead:
Jess says she likes the blue better...I tend to agree. I will decide in a couple days. I have a yard sale to put on for the next three days but then plan to throw this top together asap.
Any opinions on which color you like best?

I like the blue. The white to me is just to stark.
i love the idea of combining the contemporary dots and the more formal toile in addition to liking the blue color better than the white.
